2. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition
  • The product packaging is undamaged and in resalable condition
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at ask@sholrynneimrax.world within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  • Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Step 5: Ship the product to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the package

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA number) may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged product received
  • An incorrect product shipped by us
  • A shipping error on our part

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after receiving the return
  • Bank processing time: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

Refund Amount:

  • Full product purchase price for eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable unless we provided a prepaid label

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
  • You may be asked to return the damaged item (prepaid shipping provided)

8. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Keep the product in its unopened condition
  • We will send the correct product and arrange return shipping for the incorrect item at no cost to you

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

This Return Policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws in the United States, which vary by state. If you believe a product is defective or not as described, contact us promptly; some states provide remedies in addition to this policy.

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under applicable laws that cannot be limited or waived by contract.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (cooling-off period), in addition to the rights described in this policy.
